Private Reformer Sessions: Receive personalized instruction based on your individual needs, strengths and goals. A full body workout using the resistance of springs. Improve muscular length, strength and balance while connecting to the core. Add variety to your workout routine and help prevent injury.
Jump Board: Sprinkle in some cardio into any Private or Duet Reformer Session with the addition of the jump board. This is a great way to increase the heart rate and work on proper alignment while jumping all while strengthening the core.
TRX Suspension Training: A functional system of training that uses body weight and gravity to create a challenging, total-body workout workout based on your individual level of fitness. Increase muscular balance, strength and endurance while improving core strength.
Private Pilates or TRX Training in Your Home or Gym: Available for those that live within the Chicago area. I’ll bring portable equipment and/or use what’s available at your gym to give you a great workout with a focus on functional fitness. Please note the cost will be adjusted based on location and parking.
