    I thoroughly enjoyed the Living with Intention podcast with Erin Alexander. It basically was an expose’ of how to do life. All aspects of mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health was discussed and practical applications provided. Loved being given examples of how Erin navigates her profession and personal relationships. She was transparent which was so refreshing and inspiring. I shared the podcast with my children and friends. The calendar being a reflection of your priorities and being true to yourself resonated. I loved that even as a young adult she trusted her gut feelings on her path and doing what she felt was right for her. I have 2 pages of notes! I had to document all the take aways and there were many! Thank you!

    I absolutely enjoyed this podcast with Dr. Erin Alexander. Knowing that it is important to have that healthy balance between every day life and professional was a big take away for me while listening to this episode. Erin really values her family/friendships and creating a safe space for herself to be vulnerable in. I am working through some things in my life and hearing someone else talk about their experiences with relationships really helps me through mine. So thank you Erin for all of your insight and knowledge in regards to healthy relationships!!! YOU ROCK!!

    Awesome podcast with Erin Alexander! This one is packed with takeaways. Carving out time for self and those who matter and being intentional about it. This one probably benefits me most right now because I’m kind of all over the place at times.
