Yay! My second podcast is up;-) And these are some of my favorite movements to do. Seriously! Notice, I gave this a number because I’m confident there will be more shoulder stretches on the foam roller on the horizon!
Btw, you can ABSOLUTELY do these movements on a mat…but a foam roller just kicks it up a notch and makes these stretches feel amazing!
You can view a video here… Please note, I did catch myself making a small mistake in the audio. At about 4:10, I should say, “The palms are facing up at this point and then you’ll turn them to face down”.
